In our current environment, more and more people are becoming chefs at home. Elevate your cooking and understanding of seafood. Through this class, you’ll get to interact with our amazing Michelin Star Talent Chef David Standridge from the comfort of your home.
You can also learn from the fisheries team at Cornell Corporate Extension Marine program and Eating with the Ecosystem about the impact and importance of eating locally. Plus, discover where our seafood comes from!
