The Shipwright’s Daughter's Sommelier, Kathleen Standridge, is teaming up with Spencer and Lynn Wine Merchants to bring you a curated introduction to the flavors of orange wine. These white wines are fermented with skin contact and take on a range of flavor profiles from light and crisp to dark and cidery.  

Explore this ancient wine-making technique paired with a 5-course menu curated by Executive Chef David Standridge featuring our locally caught harvest from the sea.
