Join us for Pearls of Wisdom: A Shellfish Sustainability Celebration on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025, at the Mystic Aquarium’s Main Gallery from 5:30–7:00 PM. This immersive evening explores how shellfish play a vital role in building resilient, local food systems and restoring aquatic environments. Enjoy a lively panel discussion featuring Kate Masury of Eating with the Ecosystem, commercial fisherman Jason Jarvis of Quonnie Fish Co., and Steve Malinowski of Fishers Island Oysters. Guests will also enjoy shellfish tastings, sparkling sips, and a hands-on oyster shucking lesson led by our expert culinary team—all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the aquarium’s main gallery.
