Aboard the historic Sabino steamboat, guests will embark on a two-hour sunset cruise down the Mystic River, savoring a multi-course tasting menu that celebrates the invasive green crab—one of the most pressing challenges (and untapped delicacies) in our local waters. This innovative dinner highlights how turning a problem into a plate can be both delicious and impactful.
