Great Lawn Supper Series at Canyon Ranch

Chef David Standridge heads inland for one night to cook the Great Lawn Supper Series at Canyon Ranch, an outdoor dinner presented in partnership with the James Beard Foundation. One long communal table on an open lawn in the Berkshires, and the coastal New England cooking of The Shipwright's Daughter carried three hours from the water.

Every dish served that evening comes from Tide to Table, the forthcoming book from David and Kathleen Standridge, out from Rizzoli in March 2027. The full menu, start to finish, is drawn from its pages. This is the first time any of it will be cooked for the public, six months before the book reaches shelves. Kathleen has chosen the wines poured alongside, and both will be at the table through the evening to talk through the menu and the book behind it.
