Hosted at De Gustibus Culinary Studio at Macy’s Herald Square, this immersive cooking class highlights the bounty of East Coast seafood through recipes drawn from Chef Standridge’s UP coming book, Tide to Table. Guests will enjoy live cooking demonstrations paired with a thoughtfully composed five-course tasting menu and curated beverage pairings, offering a deeper look into the techniques, sourcing, and stories that define his modern New England approach.
