Tuna & Friends with David Standridge
On March 11, The Shipwright’s Daughter is heading north to Portland, Maine, for one night only, joining Mr. Tuna’s Tuna & Friends dinner series, a celebration of sustainable seafood and the people shaping its future.
Chef David Standridge will be cooking alongside the Mr. Tuna team as part of this thoughtful guest-chef series, which brings together chefs from across North America who share a deep respect for the ocean, regional sourcing, and responsible fishing practices. The evening will feature an à la carte menu inspired by New England’s waters, shaped by the seasons, the catch, and the shared values that guide both kitchens.
